As a Customer Support Representative, you will work directly with customers to answer questions, provide account assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience. The Customer Support Representative serves as an important resource for customers by helping them navigate available services, understand account options, and receive timely support when needed.

Role Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative

  • Meet with customers to provide account support and answer questions regarding available Kinetic Fiber services.
  • Assist customers with account updates, service information, and general customer inquiries.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure customers receive prompt and professional assistance.
  • Help identify customer needs and provide appropriate information based on individual situations.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs designed for Customer Support Representatives.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment focused on customer care and account support.

Qualities of a Customer Support Representative

Pay: $875.00 - $1,400.00 per week
