Contract Recruiter

Driving full-cycle recruiting for early-in-profession hardware engineering and supply chain roles, the part-time Contract Recruiter will source, screen, and manage candidates in a fast-paced, remote environment while collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to enhance the candidate experience. Key responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for hardware engineering and supply chain roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance Screen and assess candidates for technical skills and role alignment across various disciplines Build and maintain talent pipelines for early-career positions, including internships and entry-level roles Required qualifications 5 to 7 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience Experience in high-volume recruiting environments, particularly for technical roles Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes and candidate engagement Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred Strong understanding of hardware and operations role profiles, including NPI and manufacturing
