We’ve come a long way since our founding in 1997 and we are delighted and honored that a small family business, that started in a tiny room, has had such a lasting impact on an industry with similar roots.Let’s talk about the roleThe CNC Operator is responsible for operating Swiss CNC screw machines to manufacture precision titanium jewelry components. This role ensures parts are produced according to specifications, quality standards, and production schedules. The operator monitors machine performance, performs basic adjustments, and conducts inspections to maintain consistency and accuracy in the manufacturing process.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC screw machines to produce titanium jewelry components according to specifications.Load raw titanium material into machines and ensure proper setup for production runs.Monitor machine operation to ensure efficient performance and consistent product quality.Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges).Maintain proper documentation of production counts, scrap, and downtime.Work collaboratively with the production and quality teams to meet production goals.1–3 years’ experience operating Swiss CNC screw machines preferred.Basic knowledge of CNC machining concepts and tooling.Ability to use an eye-loop &/or a microscope at 5x magnificationMust be dexterous enough to handle small parts successfullyExperience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityStrong attention to detailQuality-focused mindsetAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentGood communication and teamwork skills
