Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Houston MRI Friendswood is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Patient Coordinator / Receptionist / Scheduler to join our growing team. This position is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in providing excellent customer service while ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a positive and professional attitude
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling appointments
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information
• Coordinate with referring physician offices
• Collect copays and balances
• Scan and upload patient documents into the electronic medical record
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff
• Assist with other front office duties as assigned
• Scheduling

Qualifications

• Previous medical office, receptionist, or scheduling experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Experience with medical scheduling and insurance verification is a plus
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
• No weekends

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
