The Coca Cola Delivery Specialist is positioned to ensure customers receive top quality products and exceptional service on assigned routes. This is achievable by distributing and selling products, establishing and nurturing customer relations, and guaranteeing product availability at accounts. Additionally, the Route Sales Driver provides proper filling of beverage sections, racks, displays, and vendors in line with Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards.

  • Strengthen the profit margins of allocated accounts by selling products, organizing distribution channels, managing displays and executing promotional strategies.
  • Assigned accounts receive daily product sales and deliveries as part of the operational routine.
  • Ensure all accounts are stocked in accordance with the guidelines of CCBCHC.
  • Ensure that the Point of Sale advertising is changed, replaced, and cared for as needed by the accounts.
  • Maintain proper accounting of products, cash, and assets on a daily basis.
  • Effectively managing and collecting all monies owed through meticulous invoicing.
  • Build rapport with account personnel while delivering outstanding customer service to all accounts through consistent communication, prompt problem-solving, and effective follow-up.
  • Maintain a neat and organized appearance of CCBCHC equipment and products for assigned accounts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized storage room while dealing with trade breakage for assigned customers.
  • To comply with CCBCHC safety standards, carry out the obligatory vehicle and load checks.
  • Hold all accounts to a high standard of quality assurance as set by CCBCHC.
  • Safeguarding the workplace is a key component of a company's duty of care.
  • Cultivate amicable and professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Keep an eye on the merchandise, advertising activities, and performance of your rivals.
  • Adherence, compliance, and enforcement of all regulations, policies, workflows, and processes must be maintained.

  • Expertise in navigating a hand trolley with two or four wheels.
  • Skillfulness in driving and controlling different varieties of power trucks.
  • Applicants must confirm their capability to obtain a Class A CDL within 90 days of initiating the employment.
  • The basic qualifications needed for this job require the candidate to be capable of driving a tractor and trailer that requires a Class A CDL with adherence to the CDL guidelines and meeting the driving record standards set by the CCBCHC.
