To connect a fast-moving creative vision with exceptional talent, the part-time Contractor Recruiter for Creator Economy will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume production and creative roles while partnering with leadership to fill specialized and senior-level positions remotely. Key responsibilities Run full-cycle recruitment for various high-volume staffing needs across production and digital support roles Partner with leadership to source, screen, and close key mid-to-senior level creative and corporate roles Leverage social platforms and industry networks to engage digital-native talent familiar with rapid social media production workflows Required qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in the creator or digital production space Strong understanding of the modern social media landscape (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) and production terminology Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative methods to find passive talent Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously Excitement for positive storytelling and building a culture anchored in empathy and impact
