Customer Service Representative / Logistics Coordinator

We help simplify the shipping process for our customers by providing responsive communication, strong operational support, and dependable logistics coordination.

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Customer Service Representative / Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Davie, FL.

This is a full-time, in-office position within a fast-paced logistics environment. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask effectively, communicate professionally, solve problems quickly, and maintain strong attention to detail throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and provide proactive shipment updates
• Coordinate daily logistics operations and scheduling
• Track shipments and maintain accurate records
• Assist with quoting and rate inquiries
• Work with customers and carriers to help ensure successful load coverage
• Resolve customer service and shipment-related issues in a timely manner
• Verify and process shipping paperwork including BOLs and PODs
• Maintain consistent communication with customers, dispatchers, and drivers
• Support daily operations and help optimize workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Professional verbal and written communication
• Transportation/logistics experience preferred
• Experience with transportation management software, DAT, Macropoint, AscendTMS, or similar systems is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
