Role and Responsibilities:

As a Dining Room Server, you will support guest experiences by creating a welcoming first impression, assisting with seating coordination, and maintaining a positive atmosphere at the dining area entrance.

  • Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming reception as a Dining Room Server
  • Assist guests in locating their tables and present menu offerings
  • Manage the waitlist and handle reservations as needed
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly front entryway

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Must be at least 17 years of age to work as a Dining Room Server
  • Strong customer service skills and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Dining Room Server, host, or in a guest services role within a restaurant or hospitality environment

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay ranging from $9.78 to $11.80 based on a 40-hour work schedule
