Your primary responsibilities will include comprehensive bookkeeping, maintaining trial balances, payroll services, and providing key performance indicator (KPI) reporting for a variety of dynamic clients. You will oversee client communications, delegate tasks to Senior Accountants, Staff, and Interns, and review and enhance their work. Engaging in business development and contributing to proposal generation for potential clients will also be part of your remit. Key duties include managing engagement teams across several assignments, ensuring adherence to scope, maintaining financial records, facilitating budget preparation, analyzing KPI metrics, and ensuring effective client communication. Engage with clients regularly to meet timelines and ensure budget compliance.
Your expertise will be pivotal in our training sessions and networking events. Candidates should have 7-10 years of accounting experience, strong knowledge of GAAP, tax structures, and proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, with the ability to independently identify and solve issues.
