What are the responsibilities for an Express Automotive Technician with Hudson Automotive?

• Perform oil changes and Toyota multi-point inspections
• Complete Video Multi-Point Inspections (Video MPIs) on every vehicle to clearly communicate maintenance recommendations and vehicle condition to customers
• Rotate and balance tires
• Replace engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades
• Inspect brakes, suspension, steering, and other key vehicle components
• Inspect, replenish, and maintain vehicle fluid levels
• Complete maintenance services according to Toyota and dealership standards
• Identify repair opportunities and communicate findings to management
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• Previous automotive experience or automotive technical education preferred
• Customer-focused attitude
• Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
• Desire to learn and build a long-term automotive career
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
