Bar Manager

Position Summary

The Beverage and Service Manager is responsible for delivering a welcoming, energetic, and professionally operated beverage experience throughout Lansing Shuffle. This role leads bartenders and servers, maintains service standards, drives beverage sales, and ensures guests receive fast, friendly, and consistent service.

The Beverage and Service Manager is expected to be highly visible, guest-focused, and actively engaged on the floor while maintaining a strong understanding of beverage operations and performance, from hospitality to the financials.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop bartenders and servers
• Maintain service, appearance, and hospitality standards
• Ensure fast, friendly, and consistent beverage service throughout the venue
• Create a positive and energetic bar atmosphere
• Drive beverage sales and guest engagement
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization
• Perform inventory counts and monitor product usage
• Maintain beverage menus and Toast system accuracy
• Analyze beverage sales performance and identify trends
• Recommend product additions, removals, and ordering needs
• Support staffing, training, and scheduling needs
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues quickly
