We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Field Recruiter to join our team! Must reside in Columbus, OH or Hagerstown, MD market. In this role, you'll travel up to 50% during peak seasons throughtout Ohio, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Illinois and Missouri, partnering closely with branch teams to recruit, engage, and support talent in local markets. We're looking for someone who can quickly build connections, establish trust, and become a go-to recruiting partner for our branches.
