Job Description:

Senior Recruiter (Remote in Clayton, NC)

Pay Rate: $39.08/hour

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Schedule: Flexible business hours (primarily 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for a fast-paced manufacturing organization. This role will serve as a strategic talent partner, working closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to attract, source, and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake through offer acceptance
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for a variety of professional positions
• Develop recruiting strategies and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and staffing initiatives
• Maintain and manage requisitions within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring activity reports
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and recruiting procedures
• Conduct market research and share talent insights with stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); SuccessFactors preferred
• Manufacturing recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skills
• Experience with recruiting metrics, reporting, and workforce planning
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or commercial recruiting experience is a plus
