Contract Manager

Position Summary: The Contract Manager oversees the full lifecycle of contracts supporting our construction and operations teams. This role serves as the primary resource for contract administration, contract negotiation, risk management, compliance oversight, claims support, and legal coordination across the organization. The Contract Manager will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and administering a wide range of construction and commercial agreements while ensuring alignment with company objectives, contractual obligations, and legal requirements. This individual will work closely with Operations, Procurement, Project Management, Finance, Compliance, and outside counsel to mitigate risk, improve contract processes, and support
