Hookah Lounge Specialist (Hookah Server)

Job Summary

Exit 9 Restaurant & Bar is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Hookah Server to prepare, serve, and maintain hookah service for guests. This role requires attention to detail, safe handling of equipment, and the ability to provide smooth service in a fast-paced restaurant and lounge environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and explain available hookah flavors and options.
• Prepare hookahs according to restaurant standards.
• Set up, deliver, and maintain hookah service for guests.
• Check on guests regularly to make sure hookahs are smoking properly.
• Replace coals safely and in a timely manner.
• Clean and maintain hookah equipment, trays, hoses, bases, and workstations.
• Restock hookah supplies, including flavors, coals, foil, tips, and cleaning materials.
• Communicate guest requests, complaints, or issues to management.
• Work with servers, bartenders, bussers, and managers to provide smooth service.
• Follow restaurant policies, cleanliness standards, and safety procedures.
• Assist with general floor duties when needed.

Requirements

• Previous hookah, restaurant, lounge, or customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and late shifts.
• Able to safely handle hot coals and hookah equipment.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Pay: From $130.00 per day
