Equipment Support II Lead - Trench

This role consists of ensuring that our various types of construction equipment are ready for customer delivery. You will be responsible for upholding Sunstate’s standard of excellence by preparing equipment for delivery and assisting customers by loading and unloading their rentals. Additional responsibilities include guiding and coordinating the work of other Equipment Support team members and acting as their point of contact. Other responsibilities are assigned by management and can include: power-washing equipment, maintaining the overall appearance of the branch, working collaboratively with co-workers on various tasks, and occasionally delivering equipment.
