Express is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist taxpayers with account inquiries, payment processing, and administrative support. This position involves both in-person customer interactions and phone support while maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional service.

Job Duties Of The Customer Service Specialist
- Assist walk-in customers with account and tax-related inquiries
- Answer incoming calls and provide support regarding account information and services
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Update customer information and establish new accounts as needed
- Document detailed account notes and customer interactions
- Research account information and resolve customer concerns
- Assist with office operations and end-of-day administrative tasks
- Other duties as required
Qualifications Of The Customer Service Specialist
- High school diploma or GED
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliability
- Previous customer service, call center, administrative, or office experience preferred
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple applications
- Excellent communication, research, and problem-solving skills
- Spanish-speaking abilities are a plus
- Ability to bend, lift, twist, crouch, etc.
