About the role

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and hands-on Senior Producer to manage the end-to-end creation of bar-raising creative content for one of our major tech client's Global Studio team, in partnership with Monks. This hybrid role blends senior production, creative project management, and print production / traffic management into a single owner who brings creative work to life from briefing and intake through proofing, delivery, and retrospective.

Working closely with the Executive Producer, this person owns project timelines and budgets in execution, serves as a primary day-to-day contact for customers and internal teams, and is the key project driver across creative, production, vendor, and partner teams. The role spans cross-channel creative and carries responsibility for print mechanical proofing, color management, and final approvals with suppliers and vendors.

Beyond delivering individual projects, this person owns the one of the main workstreams end to end, not just executing the work, but building up the workstream itself and partnering with the client's team in an embedded capacity, which is precisely where identifying and creating new tools and new ways of working comes to life.

Critically, this person is not only an excellent operator but an innovator: they are expected to create new ways of working and develop new tools, mechanisms, and solutions that raise the bar on how we deliver and ultimately best service our client's customer. The ideal candidate thrives in continuous planning and innovation, leads with confidence while respecting differing viewpoints, communicates expertly across all levels, and stays solutions-driven in the face of ambiguity.

Initial 3-month temporary assignment with the potential for extension and future full-time conversion based on business needs and performance.

Open to candidates based in Canada or the U.S. . Candidates must be available to work Pacific Time business hours .

Ability to travel approximately 1–2 times per quarter to the client's U.S. West Coast headquarters and supplier/vendor locations

Key Responsibilities

Production Project Leadership

Manage multiple parallel projects, partnering with designers, writers, business leaders, external agencies, and vendors, and act as the key project driver with internal stakeholders.

Own the end-to-end process and mechanisms for content creation, defining prioritization criteria, schedules, stages and gates, and stakeholders' roles and responsibilities.

Support the creation of estimates, scoping, and project setup, then manage budgets and timelines through execution, ensuring milestones and dependencies are tracked and delivery stays on course.

Partner with creative and production teams to develop and execute the production plan and solutions, ensuring the team focuses on priority projects and understands the project vision, objectives, and requirements.

Track production burn weekly, flagging risks to the Executive Producer and Global Studio team early, with proposed solutions and new paths to delivery.

Identify scope changes and lead change orders or paths to savings, partnering commercially with the Executive Producer.

Ensure project resources are fully utilized, raising awareness when gaps or free periods are identified.

Maintain the CST, asset trackers, and project documentation, keeping all data accurate, current, and reporting-ready, and provide clear project detail, data, and narratives for the P0 on each completed project.

Customer Stakeholder Management

Serve as the day-to-day customer contact and main point of contact between brand managers, agency partners, and internal stakeholders, building trusted relationships that extend beyond individual projects.

Translate customer needs into clear scopes and briefs, advising on key resource requirements, and partner with brand managers to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.

Collect and synthesize input from stakeholders, share it out to the creative team, and communicate project status, changing priorities, timelines, and deliverables across teams, flagging and troubleshooting issues.

Create, maintain, and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management, providing regular updates that highlight milestones, achievements, and challenges.
