The Facilities & Office Services Coordinator is responsible for performing basic facilities maintenance and repair activities to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment. This role supports day-to-day operations by ensuring office & maintenance supplies are available and responding to general maintenance requests and emergency issues related to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The position coordinates with external vendors and service providers to ensure routine operations, and preventative and corrective action maintenance needs are met.
