We’re hiring a Barista to join our team at Coral Casino Beach & Cabana Club, located right on Butterfly Beach in Santa Barbara. What You’ll Do

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and specialty beverages to Club standards.

Create a welcoming, attentive experience for Members and Guests.

Maintain consistency, quality, and speed during service.

Keep workstations, equipment, and café areas clean and organized.

Stock and replenish products to maintain smooth service.

Assist with light food prep and pastry display as needed.

Provide recommendations and personalize the guest experience.

Communicate with team members and managers to keep operations running smoothly.

Support events, catering, and other operational needs as required.

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of service or hospitality experience.

Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.

Friendly, professional communication style.

Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment.

Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Basic math and problem-solving skills.
