Daily Responsibilities

Individualized Care: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and specialized dementia care.

Mobility & Safety: Help with safe transfers, lifting, and guiding light physical exercises.

Companionship & Mentorship: Build deep connections, offer emotional support, and encourage clients toward positive health choices and resilience.

Nutrition & Home Care: Plan and prepare nutritious meals, provide timely medication reminders, and handle light housekeeping to keep the home environment safe and organized.

Outings & Errands: Accompany and drive clients to medical appointments, handle grocery shopping, and assist with local community errands.

Records & Compliance: Keep accurate, confidential logs of daily interactions utilizing our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

What You’ll Need to Apply

Credentials: Registered as a Home Care Aide (HCA) with the state. (If you aren't registered yet, don't worry—we will gladly guide and assist you through the process!)

Background Check: Ability to successfully clear a standard DOJ / FBI criminal background screening.

Transportation: A valid Driver’s License, a dependable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.

Identification: A Social Security Card or valid, current legal work authorization documents.

Health Clearance: Willingness to provide or obtain a current negative Tuberculosis (TB) test.

Communication: Strong English communication skills.
