About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic B2B Sales Representative who is eager to help drive new business growth within a designated territory. If you are passionate about prospecting, closing contracts, and fostering long-lasting relationships with business clients, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits across your territory
- Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for our uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs
- Create customized proposals and secure multi-year service agreements
- Maintain accurate client information and activity in our CRM system
- Aim to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Work alongside service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers

What We're Looking For:
- 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferred areas include uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services)
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and manage the entire sales cycle
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset
- Open to receiving coaching and constructive feedback
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a dependable vehicle
- Must meet minimum auto insurance requirements as set by UniFirst if using a personal vehicle for business
