Landscape Supervisor / Crew Leader

Michigan Made Landscaping – Monroe County, MI

Michigan Made Landscaping is growing and looking for an experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead crews, manage job sites, and help us continue delivering high-quality landscape installations and property improvements throughout Monroe County and Lucas County.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who has experience in the landscaping industry and can confidently lead a crew, communicate with customers, and complete projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise landscape crews on residential and commercial projects
• Manage daily job site operations and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Communicate professionally with customers and property owners
• Train and mentor crew members
• Install mulch, rock, edging, plants, shrubs, sod, and other landscape materials
• Operate landscaping equipment and power tools safely
• Drive company trucks and trailers
• Ensure work is completed to company quality standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of landscaping, hardscaping, or related experience
• Previous crew leader, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to back and maneuver trailers
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on the job
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
