Laborer/Helper

Position Summary

A laborer/helper supports the job lead with material handling, clean up, demolition assistance, and general jobsite support. This position does not include independent authority to diagnose, price, sell, or perform skilled trade work unless specifically authorized.

Primary Responsibilities

• Help load, unload, and stage tools and materials
• Assist the technician with prep work, repairs, installations, demolition, and clean up
• Help maintain a safe, clean jobsite and protect client property
• Use basic hand tools and approved power tools
• Follow simple instructions from the assigned technician
