Pipe Welder

Trillium Construction is seeking a Pipe Welder local to Jacksonville, FL for a shipyard project.

Work starts immediately and will last approximately 8+ weeks. Pay rate is $32/hr. Schedule is Mon-Fri, occasionally Saturday, Sunday 60+ hrs/week.

Scope of Work:

-Welding carbon steel piping

-Stick and MIG welding processes

-Working on fire water line installation for shipboard systems

-Assisting with layout, alignment, and prep of piping as needed

-Working from prints and coordinating with pipefitters and other trades onsite

Requirements:

-4+ years of shipyard/industrial pipe welding experience

-Proficient in Stick and MIG welding

-Ability to read piping schematics and work from prints

-Comfortable working in shipboard/confined environments

-Ability to work full-time, Mon-Fri

-Must have valid Birth Certificate and Driver’s License
