Lawn Maintenance Supervisor / Crew Leader

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Schedule: Weekly Pay
Florida Gardens & Landscaping is seeking an experienced Lawn Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage a lawn care crew. We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual with proven leadership experience in the landscaping and lawn maintenance industry.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a lawn maintenance crew on daily routes
- Ensure quality standards are met at all properties
- Train and motivate crew members
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Communicate with management regarding job progress and crew performance
- Ensure jobs are completed on schedule
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Lawn Care Foreman, Crew Leader, or Supervisor is required
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of lawn maintenance practices and equipment
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
