Compensation

After a flat 20% company allocation for overhead and operational expenses on revenue, the remaining gross profit belongs to the Project Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of roofing sales experience
  • Minimum $1,000,000 in annual roofing sales production
  • Verifiable production history
  • Strong understanding of insurance restoration
  • Experience inspecting roofs and presenting solutions to homeowners
  • Excellent communication and closing skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Self-motivated and highly accountable
