NOW Courier is seeking a friendly, customer focused Independent Contractor to service a dedicated delivery route within our established Fort Wayne, IN operation. This is a consistent, revenue generating opportunity requiring an SUV or larger vehicle . We believe every delivery is more than just a drop off—it's an opportunity to make someone's day.

Your Mission

Deliver with Clockwork Precision: Ensure that cargo is picked up and delivered to our valued customers on time, maintaining NOW Courier's reputation for reliability and punctuality.

Route Mastery: Utilize GPS or mapping software to plan and follow efficient routes, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal fuel usage.

Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers with professionalism and warmth, handling questions or issues with empathy.

Problem Solving Skills: Think quickly and adapt when faced with challenges such as traffic delays or address changes to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.

Route Details & Schedule (Fort Wayne Area)

Compensation: $160 per day (Average weekly commission: $480 ).

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Start/End Time: 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM (Headquarters).

Required Vehicle: SUV or larger.

Weekly Mileage: Approximately 120 miles per route.

Daily Stops: Approximately 10.

Geographical Area: Fort Wayne, Warsaw, Goshen, Elkhart, South Bend, Mishawaka, and Granger.

Sorting: Minimal.
