Facility Housekeeper Responsibilities:

• Provide sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping for storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc.
• Dispose of trash
• Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed
• Complete other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Organization skills
• Willingness to learn
• Self-starting attitude
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs (assisted or unassisted)
• Physical capability to remain stationary for long periods, move outdoors, reach objects at varying heights, and handle equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs

Work Environment:

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts that require special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. Protective clothing, masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be required.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to perform physical exertion including staying stationary for long periods, moving outdoors, reaching objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs, either assisted or unassisted.

Pay Range: $11.41 - $13.50 per hour
