ILS Relocation is actively hiring both CDL-A Household Goods Drivers and 26' Box Truck Drivers (No CDL Required) to join our growing transportation team. Our drivers play a critical role in safely transporting customers' belongings while delivering exceptional service throughout every relocation.

CDL-A Household Goods Drivers

Compensation

• Earn $1,700–$2,000+ per week
• Customer tips and performance bonuses
• Regional and OTR routes available

26' Box Truck Drivers (No CDL Required)

Compensation

• $19–$21 per hour based on experience
• Customer tips and bonus opportunities
• Overtime available

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer or 26' box truck
• Transport household goods and commercial shipments
• Load, unload, protect, and secure customer belongings
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Complete required transportation and delivery paperwork
• Follow company safety standards and DOT regulations
• Lead or assist moving crews during residential and commercial relocations
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every job

QualificationsCDL-A Drivers

• Valid Class A CDL
• Acceptable driving record
• Current DOT Medical Card preferred
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening and background check
• Ability to perform the physical demands of household goods transportation
• Reliable transportation to Louisville, KY

Box Truck Drivers

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• No CDL required
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening and background check
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly
• Reliable transportation to Louisville, KY

Preferred Experience

• Household goods moving
• Freight transportation
• Box truck or straight truck driving
• Customer service
• Crew leadership
• Warehouse, logistics, or transportation operations
