Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an OT
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, though not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively on multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to supporting diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ functional abilities and needs
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans to foster student success
  • Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
  • Communicate progress and recommendations with teachers, parents, and staff
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Advocate for students’ needs within the educational setting
