Occupational Therapist, PRN

This Occupational Therapist role involves assessing, planning, and providing rehabilitative care to improve patients' daily activities, mobility, cognition, strength, and range of motion.

• Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, selecting appropriate activities, updating goals with patient input, providing education, and coordinating discharge and community referrals.
• Conduct patient assessments, establish and evaluate treatment programs, and collaborate with physicians to develop realistic discharge plans.
• Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, plans, and sessions, ensuring compliance with departmental guidelines.
• Adhere to ethical standards, promote diversity, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Deliver excellent customer service, foster teamwork, and apply service recovery principles.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, mandatory training, and orientation activities.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy, licensure as an OT, BLS certification, effective communication skills, and basic computer proficiency.
