Part-time Family Navigator - SFT Coach

We are hiring a Family Navigator - Supervised Family Time Coach for our Mesa Community Programs! This position is responsible for supporting parents and their children, preventing out-of-home placement or current placement disruption.  Depending on assigned role, utilizes the Strengthening Families Protective Factors Framework and a variety of evidence-based practices to help families navigate the resources needed to become healthy, stable and safe.

This position is offering a part-time schedule of Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm and Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-7:00pm. Some daytime hours available depending on participant needs.

This position has a starting wage range of $22.00-$23.10 per hour.
