Key Responsibilities Assist lead technicians in diagnosing complex automotive issues using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment. Perform scheduled maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid flushes. Learn to repair and replace various automotive components, such as engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and electrical parts. Gain proficiency in using specialized automotive tools and tools. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide accurate repair estimates. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment according to dealership standards. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training. Ensure customer satisfaction by performing high-quality repairs and providing clear explanations of work performed. Collaborate effectively with team members and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow. Requirements High school diploma or GED required; vocational training in automotive technology is a plus. A strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for cars and automotive repair. Basic understanding of automotive systems and components. Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a physically demanding environment. Must be reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
