Licensed Insurance Account Representative

Providing customer service and support, the full-time Licensed Insurance Account Representative will assist Producers and the service team in managing existing accounts, soliciting new business, and handling the renewal process for expiring policies in a virtual environment. Key responsibilities Packages and markets applications to various carriers to obtain quotes and may negotiate prices and coverages Manages the renewal process for expiring policies and reviews client accounting history to address inquiries and discrepancies Assists with the preparation of client presentations and proposals, ensuring compliance with agency management system data standards Required qualifications Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 2 - 4 years of related work experience Valid insurance license and completion of one insurance class required Must meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor
