Responsibilities

• Repairing and/or replacing venetian blinds and cords, light switches, door locks and faucet washers.
• Carries and moves heavy and bulky furniture.
• Cleans places and equipment that are not easily accessible.
• May occasionally instruct or oversee the work of others.
