Starting Pay: $21.00 per Hour During 90-Day Probationary Period

After Successful Completion of 90 Days:

• Transition to salaried leadership position (equivalent to $23.00 per hour)
• $150 monthly vehicle reimbursement
• Additional advancement opportunities within company leadership

About the Position

Environment Control of Boise is seeking a motivated, dependable, and people-focused Area Manager to join our growing leadership team. This is a hands-on management position that combines employee leadership, quality control, staffing, training, customer service, and problem-solving. You'll work directly with employees and customers throughout the Treasure Valley, helping ensure our operations run smoothly while maintaining the highstandards our company is known for.

What You'll Do

• Lead, support, and develop cleaning employees and team leads
• Conduct quality inspections and follow up on service concerns
• Assist with recruiting, staffing, onboarding, and employee retention
• Ensure accounts are properly staffed and serviced each evening
• Train employees on company procedures and quality expectations
• Respond to operational challenges and customer needs
• Monitor quality standards and operational performance
• Assist with account startups, employee coaching, and special projects
• Work closely with company leadership to support growth and continuous improvement
