Available Shifts

Full-Time Weekend Shift

• Sat. 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Sun.

Part-Time Positions

• 12-hour shifts available

Essential Job Duties

• Provide direct care and supervision to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and personal hygiene.
• Encourage independence by teaching life skills and supporting personal goals.
• Transport individuals to medical appointments, community outings, shopping, and recreational activities.
• Follow individualized service plans and behavior support plans.
• Administer medications according to company policy and training.
• Complete daily documentation, progress notes, and incident reports accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, healthcare providers, and family members.
• Ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of every individual served.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Caregiver, Direct Support Professional (DSP), Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or other direct care position required.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Valid Florida Driver's License required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must successfully pass a Level II Background Screening.
• Must be dependable, compassionate, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
