Decorate, a locally owned boutique on Mass Ave, is seeking a Store Manager to lead our growing team. This hands-on role includes customer service, staff scheduling and training, visual merchandising, store operations, and assisting with buying.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Retail management experience required Strong leadership and customer service skills Creative eye for merchandising and display design Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Flexible schedule, including weekends
Decorate has been a Mass Ave destination for home décor, gifts, accessories, and apparel for 10 years and continues to grow each year. We’re looking for someone who is excited to grow with us and help create an exceptional experience for our customers
Pay: $50,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
