Room Attendant/Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented.
• Manage floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance.
• Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain hygiene standards in all environments.
• Assist with cooking or meal preparation when required, ensuring kitchen cleanliness post-service.
• Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests or residents, providing excellent customer service.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Skills in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping are advantageous.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
