Your Responsibilities as a PTA:
- Deliver impactful physical therapy treatments that positively influence your community.
- Implement treatment plans as designed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Guide patients through therapy stages, ensuring safe and effective progression.
- Communicate patient progress and changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient interactions aligned with CORA's policies.
- Educate patients and families on home care and rehabilitation activities.
- Foster effective communication within the rehab team and with patients and families.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to enhance skills and strengthen clinic culture.
Qualifications Needed:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- A strong desire to learn and grow—new graduates are encouraged to apply!
