Your Responsibilities as a PTA:

  • Deliver impactful physical therapy treatments that positively influence your community.
  • Implement treatment plans as designed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Guide patients through therapy stages, ensuring safe and effective progression.
  • Communicate patient progress and changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient interactions aligned with CORA's policies.
  • Educate patients and families on home care and rehabilitation activities.
  • Foster effective communication within the rehab team and with patients and families.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to enhance skills and strengthen clinic culture.

Qualifications Needed:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow—new graduates are encouraged to apply!
