Reports to: General Superintendent and HR Director     Coordinates with: Project Manager

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge of the working conditions to include physical requirements necessary to perform this job.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Requirements:

Maintain data privacy and employee confidentiality

MUST understand the importance of data privacy and employee confidentiality per Federal laws and contractual obligations.

On-Boarding New Hires

New hire paperwork review and submission

Coordinating Arrivals

Computer based certification trainings (base requirement)

Schedule GC SSHO site trainings if applicable

EAL, DBIDS update and submission if applicable

Maintains personnel files

New hire paperwork

New hire checklists

90-day review notification to management

Disciplinary forms

Vacation request forms

Evaluations

PERKS program

Payroll

Inputting employee time into time tracking software if applicable

Verify information provided by Foreman/Superintendent

Reviewing for inaccuracies

Contact with employees for pay discrepancies

Per diem assignments

Submitting staffing agencies timecards (format dependent upon staffing agency)

Proficient in taking meeting notes and creating reports after meetings for tracking purposes

Fleet Maintenance, Documentation, and Scheduling

Maintain up to date vehicle/equipment logs

Monthly vehicle checklists tracking/filing (provided by Foreman/Superintendent)

Equipment maintenance tracking and scheduling with mechanic

Other items as needed

Housing if applicable

Find and set up affordable housing for crews

Qualifications:

Respond to management direction, meet deadlines, take responsibility for your own actions, follow and enforce Innovative Concrete’s policies, procedures, and standards, must have regular, punctual, and reliable attendance

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Demonstrated knowledge of payroll processes and US labor laws.

Service-oriented with strong communication, interpersonal, and research skills.

Proficient with Microsoft office applications, especially Excel.

Proficient with Adobe Pro & Bluebeam.

English/Spanish Bilingual skills (Preferred).

Be able to pass Federal background check to gain access to military bases if needed.

Promote safe and productive practices to ensure the highest quality product is delivered to our customer

Represent Innovative Concrete, LLC to clients in a professional manner and build trusting relationships. Must display exemplary professionalism in how you treat and interact with others

Must be willing and able to work in adverse weather conditions, while maintaining a positive attitude

All work will need to reflect the high-quality workmanship of Innovative Concrete, LLC. Work must meet or exceed company’s quality standards

Assist in project closeout documents

Must be technology savvy

Possess computer skills required for various software and programs. Be capable of learning new software and integrating it into workflow

Use project management and scheduling software consistently and accurately

Must be able to pass a drug screening

Must possess a valid driver license and qualify to drive under company vehicle policy
