Center Store Manager - 3215 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, CA 95204

As the Center Store Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers by efficiently managing operations and merchandising functions for the Center Store Department.

Position Overview: In this role, you will oversee all aspects of Center Store products and conditions to maximize sales, profits, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily center store operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Developing and maintaining inventory and product conditions to boost performance.
  • Leading, training, and developing a team of center store associates.
  • Optimizing store productivity and overall performance.
  • Maintaining compliance with safety, hazardous materials, and food safety regulations.

Pay Range: $31.21 - $34.65 per hour

Qualifications:

  • Education: Two-year college degree or equivalent knowledge through formal education, specialized training, or experience.
  • Experience: Completion of Assistant Center Store Manager rotation, two years of equivalent management experience, or current role as Bakery, Meat, or Produce Department Manager.
  • Other: Must be available to work a variety of retail hours; forklift certification required.

Physical Requirements: This role requires frequent standing and physical movement, as well as the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. without assistance.
