About the Role
Practice medicine in a way that prioritizes time, connection, and meaningful patient relationships. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Physician Services, you'll provide primary and consultative care to geriatric and medically complex patients, often in their homes or care settings, with the autonomy to focus on what matters most—delivering high-quality, patient-centered care that improves comfort, function, and quality of life.
This role is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who values flexibility, collaboration, and a supportive clinical environment that removes unnecessary administrative burden. You'll benefit from no weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements , a flexible schedule, and a limited patient census that allows you to spend more meaningful time with each individual. With strong back-office support, streamlined credentialing, structured onboarding, and ongoing collaboration with physicians and peers, you'll be set up to focus on clinical decision-making and patient care from day one.
In this role, you'll conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, develop and manage individualized treatment plans, prescribe and monitor medications, and coordinate closely with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
