- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Availability for flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Adherence to store policies, including quality service, cash handling, and safety
- Effective communication with customers and understanding of their needs
- Ability to prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized requests
- Willingness to perform various tasks during shifts
