Are you the person coworkers call when their computer "just stops working"? Atwell is hiring an experienced Technology Specialist to be the go-to tech problem-solver for employees nationwide — real infrastructure work, not just password resets.

What you'll do:
Troubleshoot hardware, software, account printer issues
Support servers, networks, backups data replication
Deploy workstations, laptops, printers Mitel VOIP phones
Support AutoCAD and other design software
Manage IT asset inventory and ticketing
What you need:
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
7+ years of corporate IT support experience
Experience with MS Server, Windows 10, O365, Active Directory
Strong networking troubleshooting skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Bonus: Autodesk experience
