Position Summary
The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with commercial customers, managing service agreements, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and work closely with our operations and service teams to deliver value-added HVAC solutions.
Essential Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts.
- Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Business Development
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and secure new business.
- Promote preventive maintenance agreements, repairs, and service solutions.
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and service agreements.
- Meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals.
Commercial Service Management
- Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Monitor contract performance and customer expectations.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and service-related issues.
Financial Responsibilities
- Manage account profitability and revenue growth.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial HVAC Service, Service Sales, Account Management, or related field.
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and maintenance programs.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for customer meetings.
