The Janitorial Project Manager is responsible for overseeing day to day operations by ensuring SOW is being completed in an efficient and effective manner. The primary role of the project manager is to monitor progress, track performance and address any issues or concerns. As well as collaborating with supervisors by providing guidance in janitorial services. Ensuring services are being completed in a timely manner and is also be responsible for scheduling personnel, reviewing and approving time cards, maintaining budget of inventory supplies, equipment and vehicles. The Project Manager must have the skills, knowledge and experience to manage all aspects of the contract while working with individuals who are both disabled and nondisabled.
