Job Title: Distribution Warehouse Forklift Operator

Location: Chemical Manufacturing Facility – Pasadena, TX

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Hours: 7:00 am - 4:30 pm

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support daily distribution and warehouse operations within a chemical manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for handling, moving, and organizing materials to ensure efficient and accurate flow of products throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely
• Transport chemical products, raw materials, and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Stage and prepare shipments for distribution
• Assist with inventory control, labeling, and order accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
• Follow all OSHA and facility safety procedures, including PPE requirements
• Support warehouse and production teams as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience required (warehouse or industrial environment preferred)
• Experience in chemical, manufacturing, or distribution settings is a plus
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with strict procedures
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
