Salary Range: $38,000 - $54,440
Your role
As a CNC Machinist I, you will learn to operate CNC equipment while developing foundational machining skills. You will support production by following defined procedures and working closely with more experienced machinists and engineers.
Key responsibilities include:
Operate HMC, mill‑turn, grinder, or balancer machines under supervision; seek assistance when encountering operational issues.
Follow standard safety protocols and quality procedures.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area in alignment with 6S principles.
Collaborate with Cell Support Engineers and Team Leaders to identify and resolve basic issues.
Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.
Qualifications

Required skills and experience:
0–3 years of machining experience or technical education/certification in CNC machining.
Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions.
Willingness to work in a team environment and receive feedback.

Physical Requirements
This role requires precision handling of tools and machinery, often in a manufacturing setting with prolonged physical engagement.
Hand and Finger Use/Dexterity – handles or feels objects, tools, or controls continually, requiring steady control and precision.
Standing/Walking – remains in an upright stationary position often, with occasional traversing to position materials or equipment.
Moving Objects/Lifting/Carrying – frequently moves, transports, positions, or installs materials and tools; requires general physical coordination.
Bending/Twisting/Reaching – positions self by bending or twisting the body a moderate amount.
Repetitive Motions – performs repetitive actions continually.
Other Environmental Factors – exposed to hazardous equipment, contaminants, noise, or minor injury risks daily; wears protective equipment (e.g., glasses, hearing protection) daily.
